Brewed in typical modern IPA fashion with lots of oats and wheat, this IPA features our new favourite thiolized yeast strain which melds its guava and passion fruit characteristics with Luminosa Hops. We dry-hopped this beer solely with this new hop named for its brightness and known for candied citrus, papaya and lemonade notes. Cheers!
