GRAIN BILL: BC Select 2 Row, Wheat, Flaked Barley
YEAST: Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus
Primary fermented solely with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus in our white oak Foeders and aged for 7 months. Racked onto 600lbs of Fresh Kiwis and aged for 6 more months before adding tequila & being bottle conditioned. Bright, Sour & Unique. Age upright and chill before serving.
