DRY-HOPPED NORWEGIAN GOSE
Elocon cream usage
A collaboration with our friends and fellow sour artisans, Ravens Brewing, this Gose is soured with live lactobacillus and fermented extremely warm with a blend of Kveik yeast known for tolerating acidity that’s passed down through generations in Norway. We then dry-hopped it heavily with southern passion, a South African hop known for its pleasant citrus, passionfruit, and red berry notes. We finished this unique beer with a dose of fresh grapefruit and orange zest.
