You asked for it, and we brought you more food, and DANG GOOD FOOD at that!
Canteen is the next step in the Field House mission to be #purveyorsofthegoodlife. Forever (no, really, the beginning of time) people have gathered around food and drink, so adding thoughtfully made food to our offering of passionately crafted beers made perfect sense to us.
Chef Bonnie’s passion for local ingredients and her love of quality, hand-made food means that a lot of thought (read: late nights) and attention has gone into the details, like our pizza dough, which is made in-house daily and fermented overnight, for that light, crisp, slightly charred goodness.
Most of our ingredients are sourced locally and will change with the seasons. We work with farms such as JJ Mills Organic Farm and The Local Harvest, and partner with rad local businesses such as The Polly Fox Bakery for our Rye Crumb, Anita’s Organic for our flours, and Bread Affair for our sourdough rounds. Our friends at Oldhand Coffee whip up our beer pretzels, our luscious soups come from the good peeps at Lepp Farm Market and much of that gooey cheese comes from up the hill at Mt. Lehman Cheese.
