It’s true, we now have a Barrel-Aged Manhatten & Bijou available in the Tasting Room! If you know Josh (our resident Aussie), he is passionate about beer…AND cocktails. In fact, he used to run a cocktail bar in London, so when he told us he could barrel age us a sweet, strong, smooth cocktails right on our front counter, we were in!
A balanced blend of Canadian 100% Rye Whiskey,
Kentucky Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth & aromatic bitters.
Beefeater London Dry Gin, Green Chartreuse,
Cinzano Sweet Vermouth & orange bitters.
Softened by it’s rest on oak, these cocktails are rich & smooth;
served straight from the barrel over ice & garnished with a black, Italian maraschino cherry.
