WILD GOLDEN SOUR

Brewed in 2021, this golden sour was primarily fermented and aged in select oak wine barrels. Fermented with a blend of ale yeast and cultivated wild yeast from Field House Farms, the extensive aging process allows for beautiful acidity, mild funk, and deep oak undertones.

Our Anniversary Hazy IPA is packed with Cryo Dorado and Cryo Pop, followed by Simcoe, for one of our biggest flavors yet. Notes of stone fruit, citrus, and pineapple in every sip with a full-bodied mouthfeel.

A traditional Czech pale lager brewed with some of our favorite lagers in mind. This version is brewed with traditional hops and lagered for five weeks before serving. Crisp, lightly hopped, and refreshing.
