- Our resident Aussie and incredible brewer Sam is moving away. To send him off, we told him to design any beer he wanted and this is the result! A super crushable and very session-able hazy pale ale, loaded with a tropical trio of BRU-1, HBC 586 and Sabro hops with some Simcoe citrus added for balance.
