Brewed in collaboration with Sperling Vineyards. 100% fermented in our foeder barrels with the natural organic yeast from their 2017 ‘Natural Amber Pinot Gris’ in May 2018. We added Pinot Gris pomace from their 2018 harvest which soaked in the beer for 4 months before being bottle conditioned.
