Brewed for Summer, this light and refreshing wheat and oat-based sour ale is soured with our house Lactobacillus culture. Hopped solely with Mandarina Bavaria known for its sweet citrus notes, and then fermented on fresh Mandarin zest and juice lending more acidity and flavour. Cheers to long warm days!
