A 16th century German salted sour wheat ale that defies the traditional brewing purity laws. Soured with lactobacillus, the tartness of this Gose is balanced by the addition of coriander and elderflower and brewed with the finest sea salt, hand-harvested by Vancouver Island Salt Co.
