Passionfruit Simcoe IPA
One of a series of four. This IPA features Simcoe hops which have distinct passionfruit notes. We complemented this with actual passionfruit, adding both flavour and a slight acidity. Slightly bitter pine notes blend with the tart tropical fruit to create a refreshing and unique beer.

Mango Nelson Citra IPA
One of a series of four. This fruit IPA is loaded with citrus and tropical fruit character derived from the fruity American Citra and the delicate New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. Fermented with over 500lbs of mangoes to further push the tropical fruit character, this IPA is low in bitterness, full-bodied, yet easy drinking.

Peach Wai-iti White IPA
One of a series of four. This IPA is lightly soured with our house Lacto culture, then fermented out with a blend of Belgian Wit and Wild Brewers yeast. Large amounts of wheat and oats contribute a full mouthfeel. This beer is then heavily hopped with stone fruit-forward New Zealand Wai-iti hops and fermented with peaches to create the perfect balance of hops, fruit, and acidity.

Pluot Amarillo Double IPA
One of a series of four. This double IPA features both plums and apricots which meld with the stonefruit and floral notes of Amarillo hops creating a perfectly drinkable beer. Full-bodied, hoppy, and full of fruit character, this beer sips well by the fire while being reminiscent of warmer times.
