These beers are typically strong, funky, dark and mature, increasing in complexity as they age. The Commons, Boysen Style: Strong Dark Farmhouse Ale with Boysenberries

An Imperial Belgian Porter fermented with our yeast from De Dolle Brouwers, then finished with Boysenberries in the brite tank. Full bodied, with notes of bittersweet chocolate, dark fruit and berry jam.
Brouwerij de ranke, Cuvee De Ranke Style: Beer Cuvee/Flemish & Lambic Beer/Sour Ale
ABV: 7%/ Size: 750ml / Brewery: Brouwerij De Ranke / Location: Germany
CuvAi??e De Ranke is a mixed fermentation, blended ale. A combination of barrel-aged beer and lambic. Full-bodied sour flavour, with notes of oak from oak-aging.
Steel & Oak, Titian Style: Belgian-Style Sour Ale
ABV: 7.5% / Size: 650ml / Brewery: Steel & Oak / Location: Vancouver
This effervescent Belgian-style sour ale has been aged in oak barrels for one year and soars on notes of grape, cherry and orchard fruit. Lactobacillus adds a dry sourness.
Upright Brewing, Seven Style: Saison

The brewery’s saison yeast is fully expressed in the aroma with lots of fruitiness while the hops provide light spice notes. some heft mid-palette but finishes dry with a light bitterness.
Strange Fellows Brewing, Boris
Style: Russian Imperial Stout
ABV: 9.5% / Size: 750ml / Brewery: Strangefellows Brewing / Location: Vancouver
Brewed with Fennel and Tangerine peels and aged in bourbon barrels since 2014 this Boris has then since softened and taken on a complex leathery, rich and round character. This aging has mellowed the Fennel and added bourbon and oak elements. The aroma is pronounced and malty and the flavour is complex and lasting.
Verhaeghe, Duchesse de Bourgogne Style:Ai??West Flemish Red Brown Ale
ABV: 6.2% / Size: 330ml / Brewery: Verhaeghe / Location: Belgium
Duchesse de Bourgogne is an ale of mixed fermentation. It is a sweet-fruity ale with a pleasant fresh aftertaste. This ale is brewed with roasted malts and with hops with a low bitterness. After the main fermentation and the lagering , the Duchesse de Bourgogne matures further for many months in oak casks. The tannins in the oak give the Duchesse de Bourgogne its fruity character.
La Brasserie Dupont, Bons Voux Style: Abbey Tripel

The Bons Voeux is a blond top fermentation beer with re-fermentation in the bottle. This Bons Voeux is coppery blond, has very fine hop aromas and tastes bitter, fruity and mild. Our selection of yeasts, in combination with a long during riping process, on a dry hopping base, are creating a typical and complex aroma and taste. A real re-fermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, results in a harmonious and well-balanced beer, full of unexpected and complex aromas.
