Grain Bill: Pilsner, flaked oats + barley, Munich, roast barley, chocolate, C-60, Carafa III
This BIG stout was made with a selection of premium roasted malts, flaked grains and brewed in a way to deliver the most thicc and silkiest body. Fermented with our house ale strain in stainless steel and then racked into Whiskey/bourbon barrels adding notes of vanilla, oak and caramel.
